I expect we will see a formal notification today, maybe. Hope you can get the patient into the trial still although I suspect you have provided alternative care which may discount them from being included. They may well have still been waiting for the package of pills to arrive.
Yes, a trial centre list will make it easier but can always contact the company in the interim. Just a couple of messages from enquirers and he will catch on that more info needs to be published ;-)
