EnviroStar Energy Limited is pleased to announce it has received formal notification of accreditation from the Office of Renewable Energy Regulator ("ORER") for the Stapylton green power station which is located in Queensland between Brisbane and the Goldcoast.

ORER accreditation means that the fuel used in the Stapylton Power Plant qualifies for renewable energy credits ("REC's) or emission permits ("EP's). ORER accreditation represents the final approval required by the company to enable EnviroStar to start trading in
    "REC's".

Sale of REC's represents an integral part of the commercial arrangements under the 10 year Power Purchase Agreement with Energy Australia and thereby underwrite the viability of the project.

Furthermore EnviroStar's ORER accreditation for the Stapylton project represents the first "wood waste" accredited power station in Queensland.

Following completion of construction of the project, Stapylton has all approvals and contracts required for it to generate electricity for sale to Energy Australia into the grid and to qualify as a green-energy power producer.
