Will you guys be voting for the share buy back?
Don't you think it would be better for them to hold onto the capital when other funds are screaming for cash?
Also after Spain, they have proven the worth of the assets, why sell more, isn't the post spain gearing level fairly safe? The fact that they are getting these prices with no cash around has to speak volumes.
At least it's a good time to bring back Euro's into OZ.
Also the US portfolio income, would this be hedged. Has anyone got an idea to what level, I seem to remember reading in the annual report they had a loss of 5m due to strong au dollar, surely we would be seeing some benefits out of the current rate.
