Thank you great article. You an i have been saying Hybreds are the way to go. both from an operating cost and polution volumes. It may be many years before the grid is good enough to overcome the problems with BEVs. We will see about MH still think they are hype. Lots of people on bandwagon I will agree. they were fooled about the efficency. I think we will see just like hand tools and comercial motors the more performance ( power, fuel savings, CO@ reductions) it is just so much easier at higher voltages. As you posted using liquid cooled heat sinks and very large wiring 48 volts can go to 500 amps mabe even 600 amps 120 but that is only a sustained 12 KW to 14.4 KW that does not do much for savings.

They were fooled. Look at ram product had zero improvement by EPS numbers and was with drawn. BMW lots of talk then as they tested proto types stoped and re evaluated. MB still no anounced product. Audie all vehicles woulld be MH by 2020 or maybe it was 2021 now only A8 There is a clear patern here of major manufactures producing prototypes then scalling back or changing their plans pay attention to it. The laws of physics do apply.
