    Looks like the big end of town liked Labor losing. Banks, financials , Medibank all up. Do not expect property to jump 5% next week end does not work that way. But confidence could return slowly after Labor scaring the c-- out of property investors and first home buyers. Bowen would have to go down as the biggest idiot of the election. Who could forget.

    and the classic telling potential buyers to expect negative Equity. He was probably right on that one if they had got in but not exactly what recent buyers in outer suburbs wanted to hear.

    I thought a vacancy rate of less than 3% indicated a landlords market but maybe wrong Perth vacancy rate has fallen from 7% to less than 3% in 18 months.
