LOL
@Subs, reading your post I think we are very like minded, and well I am not always going to agree with everything any company does that I would invest in. The things you don't need to explain in depth I understand your view.
Admittedly I am disappointed at the short statement made by Martin regarding Anthony.
In an announcement going back my understanding was and still is that Anthony was placed in the role permanently and couldn't be placed up for vote. I guess this is a different way of managing that, but I don't see the reason for is specifically being layed upon him.
The statement of there being a long search was a real smack in the mouth.
I'll be open and honest, my view right now is that should the remuneration report be struck down despite there being a new CEO coming on board, looking back at how Martin was almost ejected last time my spidey senses tell me that perhaps we might see Anthony taking the helm of chairman.
I am interested to see what transpires in the AGM announcement.
Hopefully no one takes what I am writing in the way that it was not intended. I have met Martin, he is a lovely guy with a sense of humour that had it not been for him turning up on the scene post the Lithium 1 merger/take over we may not have the Galaxy of today. But, then at the same time Anthony was a part of that turn around and deserved more than a 1 liner.
It was Anthony that was out working the circuit and perhaps the reason that a majority of investors got on board after viewing his presentation videos.
Meanwhile on the other hand I have struggled to understand what Martin has done. We only see him at the AGM and the odd comment in a report, he doesn't get out and promote the business whatsoever. One could say he has had one hell of a free ride on the back of the hard work that Anthony has done.
I guess you can say I am a little bewildered and have a number of questions that probably will never be answered.
Let's see what happens.
