Sam's Seafood said it was confident of increasing its profit by between 30 per cent and 50 per cent this year, after posting a 68 per cent rise to $2.88 million for 2002-03. Sales for the 12 months to June rose by 64 per cent to $55.9 million as the company started exporting to Europe and the United States. Sam's will pay a fully-franked dividend of 3.5¢, taking the full-year payout to 7¢, for a yield of 2.2 per cent. Stephen Wisenthal
