In this daily HotCopper Trends column, we break down the top three stocks talked about on any given trade day, and why they’ve drawn a daily focus.
Larvotto Resources (ASX:LRV) and its “success at Blacklode” has been the most discussed topic on the HotCopper forums today, with the explorer spotting antimony and gold mineralisation after diamond drilling.
The explorer has been up +1.94% through Tuesday; through 2025 so far, LRV has been sizzling as much as +165% and looks to have a little more to run.
“With four rigs planned to continue into 2026, we expect a consistent flow of results from the drilling programs across the Hillgrove site,” the company’s managing director, Ron Heeks, declared this morning, too.
Elsewhere, Arafura Rare Earths (ASX:ARU) has been the clear winner of the day – while it is behind Larvotto on HotCopper, it’s overall the biggest conversation starter.
I wrote about it (and Alcoa Corporation) a little earlier, but the biggest summary is Albanese and Trump finally met and talked about how they’re going to team up for rare earths. Arafura and Alcoa were mentioned.
To that end, ARU shares have most recently been up +2.7%.
And finally, Sunrise Energy Metals (ASX:SRL) has caught loads of attention, too.
There, the much-followed New South Wales refined metals producer updated its ore reserve estimate after on-site work these last months.
And looking wider, the ASX has been up +0.9% today.
