With more than seven million users on the HotCopper forums, every discussion and speculation can move Australian markets, which is why getting out in front of those trends is so important for any trader worth their salt.

Listen to the HotCopper podcast for in-depth discussions and insights on all the biggest headlines from throughout the week. On Spotify, Apple, and more.

In this daily HotCopper Trends column, we break down the top three stocks talked about on any given trade day, and why they’ve drawn a daily focus.

Antimony explorer Trigg Minerals (ASX:TMG) has been trending through Wednesday on the HotCopper forums (and on the wider markets) after landing a “major geological breakthrough” at its Antimony Canyon project.

The $230 million explorer said it had identified “a district-scale high-sulfidation epithermal system with multiple shallow targets,” which now sets it up for a range of attractive, shallow, drill-ready targets at the State-side dig.

TMG has been 19cps through Wednesday today.

(And, I had a write-up on Trigg earlier, if you want to read more about this one.)

Elsewhere, PainCheck (ASX:PCK) has exploded price-wise after receiving a “landmark” FDA grant for its Pain Assessment App, opening up the U.S. market.

The company wrote: “[This] establishes PainCheck as the first and only regulated medical device for pain assessment in the U.S… [and] provides access to commence sales in the world’s largest aged-care market.”

The medical developer is up +7% to 2pm; PCK shares are 8.5cps.

And finally, DroneShield (ASX:DRO) has taken out a podium spot again.

Defence developer DroneShield has become a long-ranged hot topic for HotCopper users and today spruiked its 4Q25 AI sofware release.

In a wider view, the ASX 200 has been down -0.1% today.
