So a couple of questions CTD. It's clear that you see yourself as a CEO of a company (or individual consultant) that is involved in corporate restructures based on strategic and efficiency analysis. From what you have stated in the past, you have done deals in the Bay Area of San Francisco, and take great pride in shareholder activism. You have clearly come to the HC forum with an agenda, namely to remove the Pivacs from their current positions and take control over the direction of the company going forward.
Based on your experience, could you please elaborate on your achievements to date in removing founders from the business they created and successfully listed, and how that has improved the bottom line for shareholders over the medium to longer term? I'm also interested in how you think that you are going to be able to convince Richard Grellman AM, Nancy Milne OAM, Andrew Bloore, Shannon Robinson, and **riel Chaippini that removing Mike and Mark Pivac is in the best interest of shareholders given Mark essentially founded FBR from scratch?
"I really do hope you're part of FBR management team as I would love to meet up with you and discuss what resources I utilise to make the necessary changes."
Just wondering if you're calling for a spill? Seems to be the only way to implement the desired changes IMO?
If you could elaborate on what effect the removal of the founder(s) would have with regards to the motivation of the 150 or so employees I would also be very appreciative.
Thanks in advance.
DYOR.
