Verity Resources Limited is an Australia-based exploration company focused on precious and supply critical metals. The Company has operations in Western Australia (gold); Brazil (rare earth elements (REE), lithium, gold, platinum group elements (PGE)); and Botswana (Copper-nickel-silver-PGE). The Company owns 100% of the Monument Gold project located near Laverton in Western Australia. The Company’s Botswana portfolio includes three flagship projects, which include high-grade Cu-Ag Airstrip and Dibete projects and Maibele North project, consisting of 10 exploration licenses comprising 17,000 hectares. It also holds a supply critical metals portfolio via a joint venture in Brazil, which includes two projects in the Caldera (Caldera and Caldera South) and REE projects at the Pocos de Caldas Alkaline complex in south Minas Gerais as well as licenses in the Lithium Valley in north Minas Gerais. It owns 70% of the Pimenta Project, a potential large-scale REE project in eastern Minas Gerais.More
