Pivotal Metals Limited is an Australia-based company, which is an explorer and developer of mineral deposits. The principal activity of the Company is exploration for and development of copper, nickel, and platinum group metals (PGM) deposits. The Company holds the flagship Horden Lake property, which contains a joint ore reserves committee (JORC) compliant Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate of over 27.8Mt at 1.49% copper equivalent (CuEq), comprising copper, nickel, palladium, and gold. The property is located approximately 140km north of Matagami in northwest Quebec. Horden Lake is complemented by a battery metals exploration portfolio in Canada located within the Belleterre-Angliers Greenstone Belt (BAGB) comprised of the Midrim, Laforce, Alotta and Lorraine high-grade nickel copper PGM sulfide projects in Quebec. The BAGB Project covers approximately 157 square kilometers (km2) landholding in the prospective BAGB. More
