The Company is engaged in oil and gas exploration and investment activities. The Company's geographical segments include Australia and the United States. Its projects include Big Apple Gas Prospect, Bowsprit Project and WA-519-P. The Big Apple Gas Prospect straddles the boundary of two adjacent lease blocks A87 and A90 in the Brazos South Addition Area. The Company holds both blocks A87 and A90 with 100% working interest and leases covering an area of approximately 11,520 acres. The Company owns a 100% working interest in Bowsprit Project, which is located in Louisiana, United States. The WA-519-P Project is located offshore Western Australia, on the Exmouth Plateau approximately 200 km northwest of Onslow. It has an investment in ECOSSAUS Ltd with an approximately 10.9% interest. The Company also considers potential Helium, Green Energy and particularly Green Hydrogen investment opportunities.More
