The Company has an option to acquire 80% of the highly prospective Dufay Cu-Au Project on the Cadillac-Lake Larder Fault Zone, known as the Cadillac Break (Dufay Option), in Canada. Its prospects include Dasserat Porphyry Gold-Copper IP Geophysical Target, Chevrier Copper-Gold Quartz-Sulfide Prospect and Papitose Copper-Gold Quartz-Sulfide Prospect. The Eurelia Project is located within the Adelaide Geosyncline in South Australia and encompasses a large area prospective for carbonatite-hosted rare earth elements (REE) mineralization.
