The Company's principal activities include mine development, mining and processing of silver, gold and exploration activities. Its segments include Exploration - Australia, Exploration - New Zealand, and Operations. Exploration - Australia segment is engaged in exploration of existing gold and silver leases and exploration leases at Wonawinta and Mt Boppy projects. Exploration - New Zealand is engaged in exploration of acquired mining and exploration leases at the Taranaki VTM Project (New Zealand). Its Operations segment includes appraisal, development and processing of gold and silver deposits. Its 100% owned Taranaki VTM (vanadium titanomagnetite) iron sands Project is located over 22 kilometers (km) to 36 km offshore in New Zealand’s Exclusive Economic Zone. Its Mt Boppy gold project is located over 43 km east of Cobar. Its Wonawinta Silver and Base Metals Project is in the Cobar Basin, New South Wales. More
