VERY STRONG GRADES IN RIQUEZA UNDERGROUND SAMPLING HIGHLIGHTS - UNDERGROUND SAMPLING

Inca Minerals Limited (Inca or the Company) (ASX code: ICG) has received assay results for its detailed mapping and channel-sampling program of a large underground mine working located at Humaspunco, Riqueza Project and has also received assay results and detailed core data for drill hole RDDH-015.

Underground Mapping and Sampling Program The very strong grades achieved by the channel sample program of the mine working include: Vein EW HV- 02: Channel 8 (1.75m true width) averaging: 6.12% Zn, 34.6g/t Ag, 2.59% Pb, including peaks 21.71% Zn, 163.0g/t Ag, 12.40% Pb; Channel 9 (0.4m true width): 6.26% Zn, 99.0g/t Ag, 4.30% Pb; and Channel 7 (0.85m true width) averaging: 5.23% Zn, 192.6g/t Ag, 14.77% Pb, including peaks 5.31% Zn, 236.0g/t Ag, 17.21% Pb. Channels 9, 8 and 7 are from exposures of the vein HV-02; NS vein: Channel 1 (1.40m true width) averaging: 3.09% Zn, 54.3g/t Ag, 3.55% Pb; Channel 2 (3.80m true width) averaging: 2.55% Zn, 80.3g/t Ag, 7.79% Pb; Channel 3 (3.50m true width) averaging: 2.75% Zn, 105.4g/t Ag, 8.81% Pb (Figure 1).

Six Grams per tonne gold reconfirmed at Riqueza

On 13 September 2017 Inca Minerals Limited (Inca or the Company) (ASX code: ICG) announced assay results from a reconnaissance rock chip sampling program. These results included a very high gold (Au) grade of 6.52g/t from a gossanous vein discovered at the Colina Roja Prospect, at the new Palcacandha Project (part of the Greater Riqueza Project). Given the grade and significance of the result, the Company has re-assayed samples from Colina Roja.

Inca is pleased to have received confirmation from the laboratory of 6.33g/t Au with the small variance between first and second assay results well within acceptable laboratory margins and variance for high grade epithermal gold mineralisation. The sample containing high grade gold (Figure 2) was taken from an outcrop of a gossanous vein within an Fe-oxide rich volcanic. The original laboratory results reported 6.52g/t Au and 194g/t Ag.

MINERALISED VEINS AND NEW MAJOR STRUCTURE AT RIQUEZA RIQUEZA DRILL PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

Drill holes from the same platform, RDDH-016, RDDH-017 and RDDH-018 intersect numerous veins and breccias with varying zinc (Zn), silver (Ag), lead (Pb) grades

• Results include: o 4.09% Zn over 1.6m (down hole) from 8.70m including 5.99% Zn, 152g/t Ag and 3.49% Pb 0ver 0.8m from 9.50m in NS trending vein (HV25) in RDDH-016 o 2.13% Zn over 1.1m (down hole) in RDDH-018
• All holes intersect known targeted vein as well as new veins and breccias o RDDH-016 and RDDH-018 intersect new mineralised breccias
• Indications of second large structure controlling mineralisation at Humaspunco
• Detailed core logging and sampling for Phase 1 drilling nears completion


Inca Minerals Limited (Inca or the Company) (ASX code: ICG) has received assays and drill core logging data from Riqueza, the Company’s second Zn-Ag-Pb project. RDDH-016, RDDH-017 and RDDH-018 were drilled at the NE end of the Humaspunco Prospect (Riqueza) and results confirm strong mineralisation in NS-trending vein, HV-025, one of a series of similar trending veins that occur in the NE corner of Humaspunco.

“Drill holes RDDH-016 and RDDH-017 were drilled from the same platform in a SE direction to intersect a number of NW-trending veins that outcrop in area with intense shallow mine workings” says Inca’s Managing Director, Mr Ross Brown
“Although grades are variable, not only were all the known veins intersected, significant other forms of mineralisation were identified. Importantly, low grade mineralisation has been identified with breccias, structures and tension gash veins. These features are elements of the mineralised Callancocha Structure".

A second Callancocha-type mineralised structure is believed to have been identified in recent drilling. This new feature hosts mineralised NS-veins and breccias, is parallel to the Callancocha Structure and has shaped local geography. Including the mineralised occurrences that it hosts, this new large mineralised structure is itself a significant new exploration target.

STRONG MINERALISATION IN 1.5 KM CORRIDOR AT CERRO RAYAS

HIGHLIGHTS

Channel samples from Vilcapuquio, Torrepata and Wari mine workings at Cerro Rayas return exceptionally strong zinc (Zn), lead (Pb) and silver (Ag) grades and define 1.5km mineralised corridor p-10 Zn,

• Zn-Pb-Ag mineralisation hosted in breccias within dolomitic limestone characteristic of Mississippi Valley Type (MVT) deposits
• Twenty-seven known breccias occur at surface at Cerro Rayas; largest to date 120m long x 20m wide Inca Minerals Limited (Inca or the Company) (ASX code: ICG) recently released two sets of assay results (Batch #1 and Batch #2) from its first detailed mapping and channel sampling program at the Cerro Rayas Project.

The results of Batch #1, comprising 36 samples (ASX announcement 6 October 2017) and Batch #2, comprising 42 samples (ASX announcement 12 October 2017) are exceptionally strong (Table 1) with multiple plus-50% combined Zn + Pb assay values being recorded. The top-10 Zn results are all >30% and average 36.89%.

The top-10 Pb results are all >20% and average 28.07%. Style of Mineralisation at Cerro Rayas The Zn-Pb-Ag mineralisation that occurs at Cerro Rayas is believed to be MVT.

It is currently known at three artisanal mines, Vilcapuquio, Torrepata and Wari and occurs in brecciated dolomitic limestones. Factors controlling where mineralisation occurs at Cerro Rayas are believed to include fault activity, development of solution cavities and dolomitization (an alteration process that leads to volume reduction and rock breaking).

Inca Minerals Limited (Inca or the Company) (ASX code: ICG) has received assay results of a channel sampling program recently completed at Humaspunco, Greater Riqueza Project. The channel samples were taken from two trenches recently excavated as part of an ongoing drill target identification program.

A broad, open-ended zone of mineralised stockwork has been identified in both trenches comprising veins and veinlets with visible smithsonite (zinc carbonate) and galena (lead sulphide).

“In terms of mineralisation at Humaspunco, the discovery is debatably the most significant to date” says Inca’s Managing Director, Mr Ross Brown. “We have strong open-ended grades over significant true widths hosted in a very large target.” The majority of the 17 channel samples report strong mineralisation.

The top-5 Zn results include 8.48% (Figure 1), 6.55%, 4.52%, 4.21% and 3.51% Zn. The top-5 Ag results include 290g/t, 196g/t, 125g/t, 106g/t and 86.30g/t Ag. The top-5 Pb results include 13.92%, 7.39%, 5.98%, 5.78% and 5.60% Pb. Five channel samples, IM- 000323 to IM-000327, were taken from Trench 1 (Figure 2).

The average grade for Trench 1 is 2.73% Zn, 95.13g/t Ag and 6.30% Pb over a true width of 4.7m. Twelve channel samples, IM-000328 to IM-000341, were taken from Trench 2 (Figure 2).

The average grade for Trench 2 is 3.57% Zn, 70.01g/t Ag and 4.04% Pb over a true width of 10.1m. Mineralisation in both trenches is open-ended.

We have proven that the Callancocha Structure hosts strong zinc, silver and lead mineralisation” says Mr Brown. “It is now strongly indicated that it has caused mineralisation and is the conduit of mineralisation at Humaspunco. By this, the Callancocha Structure is cemented as a very high priority, and very large, drill target.”
