Charter Hall Long WALE REIT is an Australia-based real estate investment trust (REIT).... Charter Hall Long WALE REIT is an Australia-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The principal activity of REIT is property investment. The REIT owns and manages a diversified real estate portfolio leased to Government, multinational and national blue-chip tenants on long-term leases. The REIT is focused on providing investors with stable and secure income and the potential for both income and capital growth through exposure to long WALE properties. The REIT is actively managed to grow the portfolio through direct and indirect investments across multiple real estate sectors. The REIT manages approximately 510 properties across the Long WALE retail, industrial and logistics, office, and data centers and social infrastructure. Charter Hall Long WALE REIT is managed by Charter Hall. Its properties include the Glasshouse; 242 Exhibition Street; 12-26 Franklin Street, Louisa Lawson Building, 6 Stewart Ave, WISE Medical Robina, Festival Towers, and Coles Five Dock, among others.More
