Codrus Minerals Limited is engaged in critical minerals exploration. The Company’s... Codrus Minerals Limited is engaged in critical minerals exploration. The Company’s Karloning REE Project is located about 30 kilometers (km) north of the regional town of Mukinbudin. In addition to its rare earth element (REE) project, it has a portfolio of projects in Western Australia (WA) and Oregon, United States. All of its Australian assets are located in close proximity to existing operating mines and the Bull Run Project in the United States is located in a gold producing area. It has four projects in WA, comprising about 31 tenements with a total landholding of about 243 square kilometers, which includes the Karloning REE Project in the Wheatbelt, the Silver Swan South and Red Gate Projects are in the Eastern Goldfields, whilst the Middle Creek Project is located in the Eastern Pilbara. In the United States, it holds a 100% legal and beneficial interest for 79 claims and is party to an option agreement, which covers a further 11 claims in Baker County in Eastern Oregon.More
