This zone hosts EquinoxGold's Valentine Gold Project, a gold deposit with significant mineral resources. The Hermitage Project is highly prospective for gold exploration following a review of targets in Newfoundland that have exploration potential. The Blue Cove Copper Project is in southeastern Newfoundland, over 175 km to the east of its Hermitage Project and 260 km by road west of St. John’s. The Blue Cove option agreement covers over 78 non-contiguous claims covering 19.5 square kilometers (km2). In addition to the option agreement, it has staked 113 mineral claims covering an additional 28.25 km2 adjacent to the Blue Cove mineral claims.More
