The Company is engaged in the research and development of non-volatile memory technology, pioneering Interface Switching resistive random-access memory (ReRAM), that features tunable persistence and low energy per bit for computing intensive and artificial intelligence (AI) processor applications. This ReRAM switches the memory cell between a high resistive state (HRS) and low resistive state (LRS). This state is then read by the memory circuitry to determine if the cell is programmed to a 1 or 0, in the digital sense. It owns a patented Internet protocol (IP) portfolio, comprising 34 United States patents granted, which has been developed in-house to create high-density storage class memory. The granted patents are 100% owned by the Company.More
