I dont see that as good thing.
I am looking at the real costs to the economy and the households.Who is paying for the reduction in the emissions.If the benefits stay and the emitters dont have to pay the burden falls back on the taxpayer.How dumb is that.The tripling of tax free threshold only affects people with incomes between around $6000-$20000
