    Thats a tough call Tom, as the shareholders don't get a hell of a lot in the deal so may be apathetic to the vote.

    that said, something is better than bankruptcy. That forum on yahoo is full of venom- hate to be the RAT if he gets seen in the street by a shareholder!

    What will be really interesting is if the deal dose go through we may find ourselves with those very people here on hotcopper talking the same diarrhea.

    that said has anybody got news on the deal.
