In my novice opinion it was a cheap way for the shorts to get some decent volume on the nas so they can convert shorts to longs. They converted another 300k shorts last night and not a surprise to me to be 50/50 shorts longs. Time must be running out and they pushed it down from the top with 4 million shorts, then made a killing swapping them back when the instos sold down, but how do they get the base 20 mil converted at this market cap is their dilemma now. Im sure they are still anticipating a raising of some kind. AS is running out of levers to pull preventing it. Enjoying the battle and accumulating until there are signs of cogs and hopefully some pump deals fall our way and not to west and the others.

Its was funny to see the article about charging Smith with a felony for illegal wire tapping.

The link TDA gave me for the case progress has a PDA Entered: 6/12/2014 that shows emails their legal team is not as devious as Unis and a bit stupid imo. They didn't think it was illegal because it was a Iphone App and not a recording device uuumm? Pity they are not all in PDF as the arguments and emails must be a good laugh.
