    No it doesn't. Their liquidity or available credit is dependent on their current assets, not total assets. Its a bit hard to pay your bills with security deposits and development properties.

    The FY report is demonstrating that as at 30 June 2014, their liquidity is in a very undesirable situation and one which is not amenable to obtaining further credit without, as Kony correctly points out, a massive cash injection from a capital raising (and subsequent further share dilution).
