Weekly Fundamental and Technical Analysis Prospects - Week Starting 23rd Nov 2014 (No. 141)
Here’s this week’s FA and TA List. The newer items first and those carried forward from last week towards back of list (some of the items from last week have a time horizon of more that one week).
All listed market caps are undiluted (and do not include escrowed shares) (Note: Max time for any entry on list will be 4 weeks after which time it will be removed).

Important Note: Remember just because it appears on the list does not necessarily mean it will rise in price... it may actually fall or do nothing. So it is critical that you perform detailed research on each stock first and make your own mind up to whether invest or not. I suggest you run a stop-loss at all times when trading/investing. How tight your stops are depends on your threshold to risk and financial pain. Lastly I take no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided as I do not have the time to research all the facts that have been provided. Best of Luck.!

DUO - Tech Transistion play [24/11/2014]
1c $1.75 million cap approx $250k cash Moologool - 13 tenements covering 2400km2 in the Doolgunna Region. Sandfire Resources’ DeGrussa Deposit is within 30km. DeGrussa and Moologool exhibit similar geological characteristics, namely the presence of copper bearing black shale. Garden Gully and Mistletoe - copper, gold, zinc, silver and lead near Doray Minerals' Andy Well project. DUO also holds 100% of the Mainland, Lenonville and Lake Nabberu Gold Projects, and the Barrambie Copper-Gold Project Value comes from DUO's massive footprint in the Doolgunna region, very little of which has been explored, and the large upside from a well-chosen technology asset, which appears to be under negotiation. Priced as a shell but with quality mining assets. There will be sellers at 1.1c and higher from recent placements looking for 10% -30%. This goes in the same basket as GMX - a former high flying resource stock, sold down to shell value over the last few years. Then GMX announced an IT acquisition a few weeks ago and more than tripled in a day: DUO is for holding short term until they announce a tech acquisition - not trying to daytrade this one

Current market cap is under $1M with around $850k cash (including the above placement) MFC overhang of 30M shares was purchased at 0.4cThe placement is being done at 0.5c or a 66% premium to the current price and should be completed this week That means that at 0.3c, BSM has an EV of less than $150K, whereas most shells are valued at between $500-1M No value attributed to the 9 tenements they own outright Liongold claim is for $13M, however a partial settlement in the upcoming mediation would still see them rerate alone 2 parties have come onboard for near 80M shares at up to a 66% premium, with mediation on a major claim pending and several assets available for JV Even if this was treated as a shell and the mining assets and Liongold claim considered cream, it should still be cash + $500-$1M Expect the market to wake up to this one once we see the appendix 3B and money in the bank

CRB - Gold Copper [Australia and Burkino Faso] [21/11/2014]
Market cap 5.18m. Cash 4m - Scoping study released for Gold, Copper, Pyrite tailings project at Mt Morgan. - Based on the conservative assumptions in Scoping study my calcs show NPV $96m, IRR 34.55 - Gold AISC with copper and Pyrite credits $393 oz. - JORC 329koz, Conservative exploration estimate 690koz - Management claims cash on hand enough to reach "decision to mine" stage. - Scoping study completed by Ausenco. Reputation and portfolio or work self-explanatory. Significant upside exists to valuation via CAPEX cost reductions. In reality, they are highly unlikely to build a new plant from scratch even though the scoping model was based on 100% new plant and equipment. As part of the ‘right to mine’ agreement with Norton, they are acquiring all existing plant and equipment associated with the 1mtpa Kundana CIP plant. The refurbed plant could be operational for a fraction of the cost of new. Significant upside also exists via exploration. According to their low range estimates, there is an additional 690koz. The tailings and mullock dumps @circa 1.5-2g/t is higher grade than the current JORC and would extend the minelife by another 10 years, so you could at least double the above NPV’s if taking conservative exploration estimates into account. 465sq km exploration permits in Burkina Faso are very shiny steak knives

    TPT - Oil/Gas [ In Alaska ] [21/11/2014]
Just aquired some sweet shale land in Alaska. It copped it over its failure in Morrocco....this might just be its savioir. PROJECT ICEWINE HIGHLIGHTS? High working interest (87.5%) in strategic asset with a world class prize? Up to 86,940 net acres of a gross 99,360 acre (400 km2) opportunity? Near ground-floor entry with average price per acre of ~US$30? 10 year primary term with no mandatory relinquishment? Low 16.5% royalty (materially lower than most U.S. opportunities)? Large acreage position and Operatorship provide flexibility for possible farm-down? The primary objective is an untested, unconventional liquids-rich shale play in the prolific shale complex that sourced the largest oil field in North America? The shallower conventional opportunity is a high-porosity, deepwater sand complex that is the hottest play on the North Slope and locally highlighted by three undeveloped discoveries on adjacent acreage? Organically generated by the principal of BEX (and an AEM founding partner) that spearheaded ConocoPhillips’ 2005-2008 Industry entry into the sweetspot of the Eagle Ford Shale play, South Texas, US? Internal analysis indicates the North Slope acreage is similarly located in a high-liquids, vapour phase shale sweetspot with Tier One in-place resource, maximizing the potential for compelling delivery rates and recoverable volumes? Advantageously situated adjacent to the Dalton Haul Road and TransAlaska Pipeline (TAPS), resulting in all year round access for operations and immediate market access? Up to 85% of exploration expenditure in 2015 is cash-refundable by the State of Alaska through the Alternative Credit for Exploration and Carried Forward Loss Credit? Alaska is currently the only US State approved for oil export, giving Tangiers exposure to international oil pricing ? Full independent technical report underway

SHE - Clean Energy [ Aust and Korea] [18/11/2014]
Australian Clean Energy Wave Technology Company Korean Uranium and Vandium company Korean VRB Vanadium Redox Battery developer Market Cap $4.5m Cash $1m Protean Wave Energy Converter Closest peer comparison is to that of CWE which is capped at $100m Given the speculative yet game changing potential of SHE's Protean WEC technology I would think 10% of CWEs market cap is attainable at this stage and then much higher as the technology is proven and the project derisked $10m would imply 1.25c at this stage SHE is working to close a deal to acquire the potentially revolutionary and disruptive ProteanTM Wave Energy Converter technology – A system that can generate power and desalinated fresh water from the waves in the ocean. There are two key features in this technology: 1. It is designed to maximise energy converted by harnessing all six degrees of wave motion 2. It has a flexible and adjustable design that allows collection of wave energy to always occur at water’s surface, regardless of depth – the surface is
where the most energy can be collected. The technology has been 10 years in the making – and in a few weeks SHE can secure an option to acquire this technology. The technology has passed the demonstration stage already – the next step is delivering a pilot project and then commercialisation. Uranium Vanadium Stonehenge (ASX Code: SHE) is developing a world-class uranium & vanadium project in South Korea. The flagship Daejon Project boasts Inferred & Indicated uranium Resources of 66.7Mlbs grading 320ppm U3O8 & Inferred & Indicated vanadium Resources of 17Mlbs grading at 3,200ppm V2O5 (in accordance with JORC guidelines). This deposit alone underscores the current market cap especially with the rising interest we have seen with Uranium specs recently VRB Battery Storage Company is assessing an investment in a Vanadium Redox Battery Tech but this is still very early stage

Aroyal dog. 8.8c South africa. Platinum - MC 79m However, is IMO about to get taken over. Zijin mining, chinas largest gold producer is in the process of taking out the major holder Genorah (60%) And ASX minorities are next. Because Genorah hold a private 26% project level BEE compliance, they can afford to lose their shares inside of NKP. (Which own the 74% of the project - 20+ million ounces of Platinum) A little secret, Chinese companies which can get access to cheap money from China, project finance, need 51% of the project. And the only way for that to happen is to buy out the ASX holders as well. Today, there is an EGM vote we believe in which G are to agree to this sale of the NKP script. After that, a couple of weeks for the transfer, then tighten your seat belts. Zijin offered genorah 50c back in 2011. it should get interesting second time around. OIL - Health Tech [17/11/2014]
Share Price : 053c Market Cap ; $6.3m Shares ; 120m ( around 50m held by top 20) Optiscan announced today it received a milestone payment of €180,000 from Carl Zeiss in recognition their disposable sheath development. The recognition and consequent payment marks a critical downstream progression of this project following the successful completion of testing announced in August this year. The sheath will now be integrated with Optiscan’s stand-alone rigid endomicroscopy system, which will be deployed in the field of neurosurgery providing real time, high resolution tissue imaging at a cellular level, bringing the microscope to the patient. This prolonged process had placed considerable pressure on the company over the past couple of years but now that the final component of their neurosurgical system have been completed, the risk of failures is closed out and the design is fit for its intended use. This now allows the final stages of clinical testing to be completed concurrently with the preparation of regulatory submissions for CE marking and FDA clearance for the product suite. With respect to gmutton, a very knowledgeable poster on the OIL threads who did some back of the envelope calculations on revenues possible from this sheath ( which will be incorporated as part of Zeiss in-hospital technology) ;"The numbers are staggering ....."To be listed among top hospitals for neurology and neurosurgery, hospitals had to have treated at least 341 inpatients in need of high-level expertise in the specialty in 2007, 2008, and 2009.?Thirteen hundred hospitals made the list, "That`s 443300 operations needing at least one sheath per operation. Say $200.00/sheath and that is $88.6m? per annum? ( just back of the envelope remember ) And that is from just one OIL product alone. Seems like these guys have been slogging it out for years making no money, developing world class best in breed technology to uncompromising standards and it is finally coming to a head. With FDA approval and commercialisation around the corner , there is no way this will stay capped at $6m. MASSIVE kudos to Cornelius who threw this onto the DT thread today allowing some of us to get on board. If he wants to take this STT tip as his own he has only to say so and I am happy to hand it over.

Has retraced from a recent high of 46c and has found support at 38c. Looking to resume the short to medium term up trend and should perform well in the coming weeks. PDN has been a favourite of mine for swing trading. Offers good buy/sell signals and is highly liquid making getting in or out easy.

DUO - Tech Transistion play [21/11/2014]
share price market cap $1.7 million cash - not much, raising funds currently, potential $3.5 million cornerstone investor Doolgunna tenements could likely be sold for around $3 million The fact that DUO has such sought after exploration ground and are still moving into tech hints that something special could be in the wind Unusually strong OBV for a penny resource stock in current market: Volume spike this week with increased share price, decent buyers wanting stock at $0.008, 1c+ needed to get a decent position atm

Ta wise this akk has just been through a nice bell curve pattern in the daily chart and is replicated in the weekly chart off a long basing pattern in the monthly. Has 200 and 50 day averages meeting with positive news flow fa wise . Im a bit of a fan of the bell curve and is picked up in one of my scans so happy about this meeting with fundamental news

Market Cap $1.6m cash $850k EV $750k Stock has put in bottom at 0.8c and confirmed with high volume hammer candle pattern We saw a similar setup in early August before the stock went for a big run to 2.5c Expecting a move back up towards that 1.2c-1.6c channel before eventually trying to test that 2c resistance again
