It's wired why would spend millions of dollars on acquiring existing franchising stores? Margin was enough to spend that money, I would prefer really set up NEW stores to expand distribution networks.
They had over 400 outlets on 31 December 2012, two year late the company had over 420 outlets. Only 20 stores. Another strange, why could they put a concrete number of the total stores? I saw other company, reported, we had 1,976 stores. Why used "over"?
