My only recent experience has been with Jetstsar and it was so bad that they would have to pay me to fly with them again
How can a company perform so badly over so many years and still retain the same leadership
I can understand that a lot of the problems are due to the unions and entrenched wages and benefits but there is a lot more to it than that.
Managers are put there to lead. You don't have to be part of the staff to get an impression that Joyce could not lead anyone off a sinking ship, they would all stay aboard if he was leaving
They have made many bad decisions over the last few years and if Qantas is to survive they have to have a complete change, why don't the share holders insist on it
