    10% is not to good to be true.

    Its about risk vs reward, and at only 10% pa, I trust that HVST will be low risk. However, after a quick look at the HVST Overview and Key Facts on the BetaShares website, in my opinion HVST's present holdings may be dividend focussed, but the present holdings are exposed to a market crash if one should occur. That is, not particularly low risk, but the HVST fund managers probably have a strategy to deal with GFC2 if it occurs, not that the GFC2 strategy is mentioned in the Overview and Key Facts. Maybe the details are in the PDS, but I have not taken the time to read the PDS.

    Perhaps have a look at the Strategic Investments forum for comments regarding risk vs reward, and discussion of funds that returned up to 49% in the last 12 months. In addition, some of the REITs returned >70% in the last 12 months.
