Why the huge concern about what the money is spent on?
There is no money to be saved for the tax payer by controlling what is purchased, in fact it would cost the taxpayer many billions in extra taxes to implement and police this proposal.
So what do you see as the advantage of implementing controls on what can and can't be purchased?
(The neglected kids argument is a fallacy, as it would involve a very small percentage of unemployed and there are other agencies that would be more effective in addressing this issue.)
