  1. Sunrise Resources (LON:SRES), the diversified mineral exploration and development company, is making progress on all of its projects in Western Australia.

At the Corona gold project, the soil sampling programme has been completed, with 523 soil samples collected on a 200 metres b 200 metres grid.

The company said analytical results show point anomalies of up to 62 parts per billion of gold.

Infill anomaly sampling on 50 metres by 50 metres grid will start next week in order to define drilling targets.

On the Baker’s gold project, 534 samples have been collected from two grids, the first measuring 200 metres by 100 metres and the second 100 metres by 50 metres.

Analytical results from the sampling are expected in the next three weeks.

At the Cue diamond project, evaluation of diamonds recovered in 2014 confirms the reliability of reported stone size data, so, as a result, no further work is planned for Soapy Bore Kimberlite.

“We are advancing exploration across our project portfolio and look forward to updating shareholders soon on work at our Nevada projects and to reporting further results as they become available," said executive chairman, Patrick Cheetham.
