So it seems bunbun is not feeding the dog and the dog is properly cared for in a physical sense. Just apparently lonely during the day.
So you can probably give your sarcasm a skip, although if any dog in my vicinity needed some food I'd be happy to provide it.
Dogs are honest, uncomplicated creatures. So yes, if this dog has found an atmosphere of warmth and company at bunbun's house, it will return. Hard to see too much wrong with that. No need to be cruel at all.
