So what you're telling me is that house price inflation outpacing wage inflation forever is a good thing?
It eventually creates a wealth gap where you can only have a property if you inherited it. Don't know about you, but that's a bubble mate.
I own a house, my family owns a ton. So I'll benefit from what you're talking about. However I think this is socially and morally wrong. A house should be a place to live, not a speculative investment that is now pricing out the younger generations. Once you get over you're own greed you may see this. Do you want your kids to live at home until you buy them a house?
