VDM are not in a good spot, only in my opinion that is
Since they sold all there profitable business off to generate cash and now they had to let Dr in to get cash and leads, there model when a simple developer / Engineering outfit worked well but they wanted to grow
The products (machinery) they selling now are limited in quality and not hugely desired by AUS market even though they cheap, paid way too much for bolt on business's in the past and had to unload and cost them a packet, arguing with clients is never smart
But i will say the Dr has ALOT of pull and any comments that BHP are not scared of this is foolish i believe, RIO and BHP recently settled cases outside mediation and adjudication with "no cost" to a contractor due to the "Big Brother" sitting over the top of them in China, who buys RIO and BHP iron ore one has to ask, hard to smack your contractor when big brother is a major buyer of ore from both of these parties and the claim is for $10m and they buy in the billions from these two
