    No it hasn't. I quoted the piece above. And I'll do it again here "According to most industry estimates, the average cost to produce one pound of uranium is about $75/lb". It doesn't say anything about incentive for new supply. All in sustaining costs do include all ongoing costs - marketing costs, transport costs etc. all the way to the hand over of the U. To say that we should also include exploration, development and construction costs is to make a wild inference when this is never a number used and an extremely hard number to pin down, especially on a global average. For most potential U miners these are sunk costs anyway.

    Maybe if it said $75/lb spot would encourage many U mines to start up would be a better statement. But that is just a result of an imaginary higher price, not a cause. There are plenty of U prospects happy to start producing at $45/lb. Many more at $50/lb. But they can't sell for that price because there is not enough demand, or there is in other words over supply.
