    Each to their own I suppose but you haven't addressed any of my points.I know that property HAS gone up a lot, we all know that. Why do you think property will still enjoy hyperinflation?

    And to be frank I don't appreciate your condescending value judgements on how I live my life. I thought this was a debate about the value of property.


    To answer the q above. The house I sold is probably a few % higher than where I sold it. My rent is unchanged. I have a 2 yr lease.
