    Hi RD
Yep - they raised the $2.5m at 0.01 to help fund the "takeover" of Biolife - really more of a back door listing for Biolife. The Whole IMU focus is now on the Biolife Her-Vaxx project, under the guidance of the seriously well qualified inventors of that IP, plus Axel Hoos from GSK. I believe they need to do another $2.5m CR to fund the Phase 2 trial, and I assume that will happen before the end of Q2. No idea if the CR will be another offering to SIs, or whether it will be a share offer to existing holders, like the one early in 2013. I would certainly take on an additional allocation - based on the Phase 1 results, my readings on immunotherapy, and the credibility of the Scientific Board. It's a speculative investment - sure - but the people behind it are seriously well qualified, and Her-Vaxx has promising Phase 1 results in a field which is attracting huge investment from big pharma. The potential SP is exciting, but I'm only investing money I can afford to lose. I must say though - I'm looking forward to 2015 and I expect to accumulate a larger holding before then.
Good luck and best wishes - whether you buy in or not.
    Cheers
    Dave
