I think it is about time that the Directors were held accountable for their actions over the past 4 years. They have effectively seen the company's value depreciate by a massive 98%. In no other situation that I can think of would those in charge be able to keep their jobs - certainly not in my company!
Last year the company got its first strike when shareholders voted against the remuneration report. Voting against the report this year would see a second strike resulting in an automatic spill motion requiring all directors (except the CEO) to stand down and seek re-election.
I can see no reason why the directors should not stand before the shareholders and explain to us why they are entitled to keep their exceptionally well paid jobs.
I will be voting against the second resolution.
