"A female friend of mine has come into some serious money.
Last Friday she sees a house for sale in a Victorian coastal town in an agency priced at $380k and she offers to buy it at that price. The agent says he will get back to her Monday. He calls to ask if that's her final offer. He then tells her there is somebody else interested and there is a silent auction closing tomorrow at 5pm.
She is quite naive and wants to submit an offer 25k above his Friday asking price.
I am furious with her.
Should I report this agent?"
