Get real. Life's tough enough as it is without having to deal with all that. You obviously haven't a clue. Here's a clue:
The farmer is stuck in the worst drought for decades - worse than the 2000s. His capital is exhausted, both financial and emotional. He has just shot the last of his stock. He feels like shooting himself - after all, a couple of neighbours have. Some city bureaucrat now appears on site and tells him he is to be prosecuted for illegal clearance, and his farm will be inspected on such and such a date. Now he really does feel like shooting himself. But wait, surely it is more logical to shoot the guy from town instead? Let them toss me in jail - LOL - no more stress, free meals, why should I care? My family will be looked after, better than I can do it.

What you forgot to add--the inspection-will cost the farmer a small fortune---as said they won the court case---the govt should be look at the action they took following--they have a habit of braking people to prove a point--where SHY ??
