Think I can help with 1 and 4

    1. You are producing 2 products - carbon and hydrogen. If the production cost of the HAZER process is higher than that for obtaining it via the established methods then it will not stand a chance of commercialisation.

Hazer process production of hydrogen is more expensive than steam reforming, but the graphite production as a by product makes the overall costs lower
Production of graphite locks up the carbon, as chemically stable graphite. In terms of stability its right up there with diamonds. So nice and green.
So green they may even be able to claim carbon credits, every ton of methane converted to carbon and hydrogen, saves 2.7 tons of co2 that would be released if burnt as fuel

    4. The process is carbon dioxide neutral but is water vapour positive since the burning of the hydrogen generates water only. Water vapour is a more intense greenhouse gas than CO2.

Water vapour is generated into the atmosphere every where, by many different means, watch the sun on a wet slope or your breath on a cold day. The good news is once the humidity reaches 100% it falls to the ground as rain, so no accumulation just a natural rebalance to water on the ground
