    The price at these level suggested above will be less than the asset backing without the acquired asset value which is pretty ridiculous. Anyone who has been spooked by the SP fall and the sell off prior to the trading halt and is contemplating selling should be looking at the fundamentals.

    It could be a rocky road for a while, depending upon the deal, some will sell because some people always sell after a CR regardless and there will be a following herd so there could be some vaolatility for a while. DNA will end up with some debt and some dilution but could double in size more or less, depending upon the acquisition details.

    It has been a rough ride much of it engineered by those with deep enough pockets to control the price trajectory because they can with the range of trading tools they have availbale to them. When the bulk of the stock is tightly held it is easy to control the day to day action with the lowish liquidity. There is a small free float here.

    At some point the fundamenatls will prevail and don't forget that this is a strategic investment in a region with a rapidly growing middle class in the very early stages of rapid regional development.
