    There is certainly a lot of information there which goes a long way to explain the state of the markets in Australia.  

    Recently I was discussing the virtues of the Australian Markets with an associate in China.  The conversation drifted towards the question of why CH and HK residents shy away from the ASX...

    .....when the ASX 200 P/E is a very attractive 15 (http://rogermontgomery.com/market-pe-ratios/),
    and by comparison HKex is ~65 (http://ycharts.com/companies/HKXCY/pe_ratio),
    .......and Shanghai is around 44 (http://davidstockmanscontracorner.c...tio-reaches-44x-the-price-to-whatever-bubble/).

    The collective answer?

    "ASX is toxic".

    Regardless of any perception that a bubble is being created, one has to look at the balance of evidence, and the issues highlighted at http://www.asxinsights.com/ certainly go a long way towards revealing why the Chinese think ASX is toxic.
