Battery makers are in full gear. Samsung SDI expands battery plants in Korea to meet the demand surge from BMW. They will build battery plants next year in China to gain early access to a potentially huge market, as demand for electric vehicles is expected to take off after 2015. LG Chemical has landed battery supply deals with four Chinese electric car makers. LG is planning to build battery factories next year in China as well. Tesla and Panasonic will break ground to build Gigafactory any time soon in North America. The list keeps going on. Who is going to supply them? Who has got both quality and quantity? UNX is greatly positioned to pick the cream of the crop. Long termers here, hang in there. We will have more surprises.
