When the time will come that you and me both will be allowed to claim a loss from this fleas ridden dog, you will, (or you should), receive some sort of notification from the Liquidator telling you that your shares are no more. You should also receive a notification from the broker or administrator of your chess holdings telling you that the shares are non existent anymore, and that will be shown on your holdings statement with a big fat zero.
But IMHO, don't hold your breath for that to happen in the immediate future either because the Liquidator will take all of his time, and more, to finalise this thing and continue charging the company for huge fees while doing it.
Like vultures on a carcass which are hanging around the carcass until the last bit of meat is left on the bones, and, when the bone has no more meat, then they will abandon it. Isn't that how it is defined.???
You can dyor but, and IMHO, I wouldn't be holding my breath for fear of getting blue in the face.
