Perhaps it would be good and ethical if the company was to come out and tell the shareholders at large as to how they've managed to get the repayment postponed, and on what terms.
Why do they insist on keeping everything financial away for the shareholders..? Seen that it was announced that we were going to meet that payment by the end of June current via selling the NCu, and that it didn't happen, it would be fair to ask what they did about that money which was due to be paid.
Is that a secret.?? And if so, what about "full disclosure" which forms part of the rules of any company that are listing in the ASX.?
