  Each successful sign up (referred or not) to become a HotCopper member during the competition period will be entered into a draw to win $3,000 cash.

Non-HotCopper members can enter the draw by signing up for a new HotCopper account within the competition period to become active HotCopper members.

2. Any user who is temporarily or permanently suspended, proven to have several registered HotCopper accounts, or has illegitimate personal details registered on his/her account at the time of the draw is deemed ineligible to win.
3. Entry is open to all new HotCopper members.
4. The determination of the winner is final and no correspondence shall be entered into. Prizes cannot be transferred and the cash prize will be electronically transferred directly into the winner's bank account upon confirmation.
5. Judging for the competition will take place on Monday, 29 March 2010 at Zettaserve Pty Ltd, 10 William St, Perth, WA 6000.
6. The promoter will not be held responsible for any late, lost or misdirected mail.

8. The winners shall be notified by email, and upon confirmation of the winners' contact details, the username will be published on HotCopper.com.au. No personal details of the user will be published.
9. The cash prize value for the draw is $3,000. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
10. The promoter shall not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

How to Enter Simply refer a friend to HotCopper using the referral form located on the HotCopper website and you will be entered into a draw to win $3,000 cash *. There is no limit to the number of times a HotCopper member can enter the draw. HotCopper members can refer an unlimited number of friends to HotCopper. • Draw 1 – 'Refer a friend and Win', the draw in which the referrer is entered into after successfully referring a friend to HotCopper.
