March Top 3 Tipping Competition (19 February - 31 March 2010)

Tipping for this month's competition is open from 19th February to 31st March 2010 and the judging period is from 1st to 31st March 2010. Choose three stocks before 28th February! Remember, you can change tips any time up until the end of the month. All entrants get a virtual portfolio of $10,000 worth of each stock at the 1st March price. The winner is the entrant who has the highest value portfolio on the closing date, 31st March. The March competition will be limited to stocks that have traded an average of more than $5,000 per day in the last month. This is to avoid results being skewed by very illiquid stocks. A list of the stocks available for tipping in this competition is available here on the competition page. The prize for this month is a brand new HotCopper t-shirt, courtesy of the HotCopper Shop. Once the judging period starts, progressive ranking will be displayed on the competition pages based on the current prices. Final results will be available after the competition closes.
